Avoid them at all costs! I was their client for a year and I switched to a much more reputable and professional accounting firm. They made a mistake with my NAF code when I registered my business. I've been waiting for my correct NAF code for five months now, and despite several follow-ups, I haven't received any response. I received a confidential document from another client in my online account. There's no phone number to contact them directly. They take a week to reply to your messages, and it's never the same accountant who answers you. The different accountants give you contradictory and false information. I had to find answers to my accounting questions through a chartered accountant acquaintance; they were unable to answer my questions. Their accountants are not qualified. In short, choose another accounting firm if you want serious and high-quality support.
