Except in the case of contract termination! Very bad attitude. Sent my corporate tax return 15 days late as retaliation and doesn't reply to my emails. Furthermore, didn't send the official report to the court registry despite having cashed the check to do so, and isn't responding to my registered letter! It just keeps getting better.

One star for the family practice and one for the price; for everything else, you always have to be on top of things and double-check everything. After a VAT issue, a filing error with the registry, and other misunderstandings in our communications, I gave up. Then we receive letters from the tax authorities without understanding what the firm did wrong. Their communication needs a complete overhaul. Stress and wasted time.

A very responsive, dedicated, and readily available firm. The accountant is readily available, providing answers, tips, and relevant advice. Their rates are consistent and more than reasonable. I switched firms to work with them, and I highly recommend them. Edit on 08/08/2019: After two years of advice and services, I'm giving the firm 5 stars. You almost forget that this is a firm that manages a large number of clients because Eric, Virginie, and Grégory are so available to us and offer advice. Being a naturally anxious person, I often need reassurance and to understand what's happening with my accounting and administrative matters. The firm keeps me informed of progress and explains things clearly so I understand everything. In short, after two years, I'm giving them 5 stars for the second time! Thank you.
